Siegel Suites is a no-lease required, weekly/monthly residential apartment chain founded in 2006 by Steve Siegel and managed by The Siegel Group. Siegel Suites controls over 4,000 rooms[1] in 15 residential communities in Las Vegas, 1 community in Reno, and 1 community in Mesquite, Nevada.[2]

Siegel Suites are furnished apartments and include all utilities, including water, sewer, trash, electric, gas, Cable or Satellite TV, and High Speed Internet.[3] Some of the Siegel Suites also includes telephone service. They offer studios, one bedroom, and two bedroom units at various properties.

Residents who pay their rent on time are given meal coupons for free meals good at either Gold Spike Hotel and Casino or Siegel Slots and Suites. Known as "Live Here Eat Free",[4] the New York Times called this "The Ultimate Deal".[5]
